Backup
Owners and admins only. A backup holds your contacts, templates, bot rules, campaigns, conversations and messages. It never holds any access token or password. Your live data is never touched by a preview, and a restore never overwrites anything that already exists — it only adds what is missing.
Encrypted backup (recommended)
One locked file with everything. Only the key below can open it.
Keep this key safe, separate from the file.
Your key is never stored anywhere. Without this key the backup CANNOT be opened — not even by us. Lose the key, lose the backup.
CSV export (convenience only)
Just your contacts, as a spreadsheet file. Quick to open — and quick for anyone else to read.
This file is NOT encrypted — anyone who gets it can read your contacts.
Restore from a backup
Pick an encrypted backup file, enter the key it was locked with, and check the preview first. Nothing is written until you press Confirm restore.
