A template shows its status exactly as stored. A template that has not been sent to Meta yet shows as “Not submitted yet”, and its Meta rating shows as “Not rated yet”.

Creating templates is not on your plan. Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plans include template creation — the form below is hidden until your plan includes it.
Names use small letters, numbers and underscores only, for example hello_world. If your message uses values, number them in order — {{1}}, then {{2}} — with no gaps.
New templates are saved as Not submitted yet. They are not sent to Meta from this page.
